Description

  • Own feature delivery for Aedeon’s product, including the findings dashboard, agent pipeline UI, onboarding, workspace management, and upcoming roadmap items.
  • Build product functionality through agentic coding workflows using tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
  • Write specifications, tests, and architectural decisions for agent-generated implementation.
  • Set up and enforce test-driven development practices across the product codebase.
  • Define test coverage thresholds and integrate testing into CI so untested code does not merge.
  • Instrument engineering metrics such as test coverage, deployment frequency, sprint velocity, and defect rates.
  • Release to production every sprint and maintain a no-carryover delivery cadence.
  • Collaborate with the agent engineering team to surface pipeline outputs, code intelligence graphs, findings, and migration recommendations in the product UI.
  • Work alongside the existing full-stack engineers and help establish the team standard for workflow, quality, and velocity.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience building production web applications.
  • Experience with React and Node.js in a MERN stack environment.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript.
  • Agentic coding is a daily workflow, not an experimental or occasional practice.
  • Experience building testing infrastructure from scratch, including framework selection, coverage gates, CI integration, and team adoption.
  • Ability to think in metrics and use engineering performance data to make decisions.
  • Consistently reliable sprint-by-sprint delivery rather than sporadic bursts of output.
  • Ability to improve team productivity through reusable patterns, infrastructure, and clear pull requests.
  • Familiarity with React, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB.
  • Testing and measurement tooling can be selected and owned by the candidate.
