Description

  • Consult with customers on M-Files implementation projects and act as a senior consultant throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Define business requirements with customers and translate them into system design.
  • Design and implement advanced M-Files solutions for customer needs.
  • Break system designs into smaller, manageable implementation phases.
  • Select implementation methods with scalability and maintainability in mind.
  • Collaborate with internal team members on national and international customer projects.
  • Support customers in improving business processes using the M-Files product.
  • Contribute to the continuous development of implementation practices.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience as a Solution Architect or in a strongly technical role.
  • Active experience in customer projects and ability to work independently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills tailored to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience analyzing customer and business requirements.
  • Experience documenting and presenting specifications.
  • Experience working directly with customers.
  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree, or equivalent, in computer science, IT, engineering, or another technical or commercial field.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Readiness to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Understanding of IT systems, databases, and integrations (preferred).
  • Understanding of software development and how programming supports implementations (preferred).
  • Experience with corporate IT infrastructure such as Windows Server, databases, and network infrastructure (preferred).
  • Familiarity with M-Files, Windows, Azure, SQL Server, or .NET (preferred).
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom and already have valid UK work authorization.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote role within the UK.
