Description

  • Own the global website strategy, digital experience vision, and governance model.
  • Manage a prioritized roadmap tied to pipeline impact and conversion performance.
  • Establish intake, evaluation, and prioritization processes for website requests and initiatives.
  • Improve demo and sales inquiry performance through conversion rate optimization and structured experimentation.
  • Design persona- and ICP-based customer journeys that reduce friction and increase intent.
  • Use AI to personalize messaging, proof points, CTAs, and workflows based on industry, behavior, source, and buyer stage.
  • Define and track KPIs that connect website behavior to revenue outcomes such as pipeline and lead quality.
  • Build dashboards, surface insights, and translate analytics into prioritized actions and experiments.
  • Optimize website content and structure for SEO, semantic search, and AI discovery.
  • Embed AI into briefs, QA, reporting, launches, and team workflows while maintaining responsible governance.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Corporate, Brand, Demand Generation, and Marketing leadership.
  • Lead sprint planning, roadmap reviews, and team mentoring to drive disciplined execution.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS web strategy, growth, or CRO.
  • Proven success increasing demo volume and high-intent lead generation.
  • Experience owning roadmaps and cross-functional prioritization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect web metrics to pipeline impact.
  • Hands-on experience using AI in marketing workflows and experimentation.
  • Strong stakeholder influence, judgment, and executive presence.
  • A digital product general manager mindset with a high-intent growth focus.
  • Data-driven, hypothesis-led, structured, and comfortable saying no.
  • AI-forward and operationally disciplined approach to execution.
  • Willingness to participate in the recruitment process, including screening, hiring manager, internal team, and final CMO interviews.
