Description

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned enterprise accounts across HR, benefits, clinical leadership, and health plan stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain executive relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Partner with marketing to develop and deliver customer campaigns and workshops.
  • Collaborate with product, clinical, data science, legal, and other internal teams to resolve customer requests and issues.
  • Produce customer reports and communicate account updates regularly.
  • Contribute customer and patient perspective to product roadmap planning.
  • Champion new product offerings with customers.
  • Ensure customers feel supported and delighted after every interaction to drive annual renewals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in behavioral health account management, BH managed care, health plan operations, or employee benefits.
  • Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder behavioral health program design.
  • Experience managing behavioral health benefit programs with multiple vendors across the care continuum.
  • Experience coordinating across multiple vendors or partners within a single benefit program.
  • Experience managing enterprise customer relationships.
  • Ability to craft compelling narratives using analytics and disparate data points.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to quickly gain trust.
  • Strong project management skills and success working on cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to innovate and solve problems collaboratively in ambiguous, novel situations.
  • Willingness to travel 10%.
  • Preferred location in Eastern or Central U.S. time zones.
