Description

  • Partner with Account Management and Customer Development to convert dashboard data and QBR metrics into tailored, persuasive narratives that drive customer business action.
  • Serve as a consultative partner to customers’ internal analytics and benefits teams to ensure reporting informs population health and financial strategies.
  • Build and maintain customized, executive-ready dashboards and report templates using BI tools and automation platforms to reduce manual workload.
  • Proactively analyze customer data to identify trends, anomalies, and successes and connect findings to Lyra’s product capabilities and thought leadership.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and other non-technical stakeholders to present insights and recommend data-driven actions.
  • Work closely with the internal Data Operations team to validate and ensure reliability and accuracy of underlying data models for customer-facing reports.
  • Support account retention and growth by using data excellence to demonstrate Lyra’s value and drive adoption among large, strategic customers.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in an analytical role, preferably within SaaS, healthcare, or consulting with direct client/customer-facing responsibilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Statistics, Finance, Business Analytics) required.
  • Expert-level proficiency in data visualization and business intelligence tools and experience building executive dashboards.
  • Advanced SQL skills for querying complex datasets.
  • Experience with Matik or similar reporting automation tools is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex analysis into simple, compelling visuals and narratives for executives.
  • Proven ability to think critically about business objectives and turn data into proactive, consultative recommendations.
  • Experience managing high-stakes client relationships and partnering effectively with non-technical business users (e.g., CSMs, Benefits Leaders).
  • Ability to work remotely while being physically located within the United States.

  • $106,000 - $146,000 annual base salary range with placement based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
