Description

  • Define Employer Solutions pricing strategy to support revenue growth, retention, and profitability.
  • Analyze market data and customer feedback to assess value drivers and competitive positioning.
  • Translate complex pricing models into simple, sellable structures.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to lead internal enablement and external pricing communications.
  • Work with operational teams to ensure pricing strategy is scalable across quoting tools, deal desk parameters, and downstream processes.
  • Advise Sales and Customer Success leadership on deal structuring for prospective and renewing employers.
  • Serve as a strategic bridge between Product, Sales, Finance, and Clinical Operations.
  • Manage deadlines and align expectations with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, finance, or another relevant quantitative discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in finance, consulting, business operations, or financial planning & analysis, preferably within SaaS or healthcare.
  • Experience with forecasting, data analysis, and financial modeling to support business decisions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial data into clear narratives.
  • Experience navigating cross-functional priorities across Clinical, Product, Legal, Finance, and Sales teams.
  • Ability to tackle unstructured problems, take ownership, and drive outcomes.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple deliverables and competing timelines.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Suite preferred.
  • Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Experience with B2B or B2B2C products and solutions preferred.
  • Background in healthcare or benefits strategy preferred.

  • Annual base salary range of $95,000 to $131,000.
