Description

  • Manage client crises using evidence-based interventions, including brief risk assessment, safety planning, and de-escalation.
  • Provide in-the-moment phone support to clients with complex behavioral health issues.
  • Assess barriers to clinical care and connect clients to the most appropriate treatment options based on their needs and preferences.
  • Use Lyra’s proprietary software and other methods to coordinate clients into high-quality, evidence-based providers and facilities.
  • Independently manage a caseload of complex, multi-need clients.
  • Ensure client safety while guiding clients toward treatment and care resources.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in clinical social work or equivalent is required.
  • Active independent clinical licensure is required (for example, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, or equivalent).
  • A Bachelor’s degree in nursing with an RN license is also accepted.
  • Candidates without a state license to independently deliver mental health services will not be considered, except for RN candidates.
  • At least 2 years of psychiatric intake, assessment, or related experience is required.
  • EAP or clinical call center experience is preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish-speaking ability is required.
  • Significant experience managing high-risk clinical situations, such as suicidality and mandated reporting, is required.
  • Must be a full-time resident of the United States and able to work only within the United States.
  • Must be able to work one of the specified full-time shifts, including weekend coverage.
  • Comfort with adopting new technology platforms and working in a remote environment is expected.
