Description

  • Own the product roadmap for Presence to increase customer value, improve quality, and reduce friction.
  • Turn ambiguous problems into clear product plans with defined value, scope, milestones, and metrics.
  • Run discovery with customers and internal teams to validate problems and de-risk solutions early.
  • Write PRDs, roadmaps, and decision documents that align stakeholders and drive clarity.
  • Sequence work for iterative delivery and fast learning.
  • Collaborate with Design and Engineering to ship reliable, intuitive, and delightful experiences.
  • Define and analyze success metrics to evaluate product bets and inform future work.
  • Lead strategy, execution, and rollout of high-impact, high-complexity product initiatives, including new offerings and major improvements to existing solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in product management.
  • 2–3 years leading large, complex 0→1 initiatives or major revamps.
  • Startup mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguity and identify the MVP.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build trust and buy-in across teams.
  • Experience building technical products such as integrations and APIs.
  • Deep focus on quality and exceptional user experience.
  • Strong fluency in AI tools and the ability to use them to multiply impact.
  • Preferred experience building AI-powered products, including agentic workflows, LLM selection, prompt creation, and evaluation suites.
  • Preferred familiarity with the real estate industry.
