Description

  • Lead high-impact design initiatives from discovery through launch in ambiguous problem spaces.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap and product direction.
  • Conduct discovery work, research, and continuous feedback loops to stay grounded in user needs.
  • Translate insights into usable, scalable product experiences that account for all states and edge cases.
  • Drive usability improvements by testing flows, simplifying interactions, and refining design patterns.
  • Contribute to and evolve the design system to improve quality, consistency, and speed across teams.
  • Shape micro-interactions and animations that clarify intent and elevate the product experience.
  • Communicate design rationale through storytelling and evidence to align stakeholders.
  • Mentor other designers and contribute to design culture and critique.
  • Elevate team quality, craft, and process across multiple teams and surfaces.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product design.
  • Extensive experience designing and shipping digital products end to end.
  • A portfolio demonstrating thoughtful UX, high-quality craft, and strategic impact.
  • Mastery of Figma and component-based workflows across multi-product environments.
  • Strong systems thinking and experience evolving scalable design systems.
  • Deep curiosity for users and a drive to solve real pain points with clarity and care.
  • Excellent collaboration and storytelling skills with cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders.
  • A track record of mentoring others and raising the bar for quality and process.
