Description

  • Lead the convergence of agent-managed listing content and MLS-sourced search data into a single central architecture.
  • Own the Listing Suite product vision and deliver a unified experience for agents to manage all listings in one place.
  • Partner with data engineering on the unified data model, migration strategy, and phased rollout plan.
  • Define and ship AI-powered search to beta, moving beyond filters to natural language and lifestyle-based discovery.
  • Create a prioritized data product roadmap within the first 60 days covering agent-facing, consumer-facing, and brokerage analytics opportunities.
  • Include build/buy/partner analysis, revenue estimates, and a phased execution plan in the roadmap.
  • Ship the first net-new data product within 4 months and at least 3 within the first 12 months.
  • Own each product end-to-end from problem framing and scoping through launch and iteration.
  • Partner daily with data engineering, application engineering, design, and product peers to drive execution.
  • Align engineering, data, design, and go-to-market stakeholders through clear communication and proactive updates.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in product management, including at least 3 years focused on data products, data platforms, or data-intensive consumer/B2B applications.
  • Deep hands-on experience with MLS data, IDX/RETS/RESO standards, and real estate listing data compliance requirements.
  • Experience building products on top of MLS feeds and understanding data licensing, display rules, and listing lifecycles.
  • Track record of shipping data products from zero to one with measurable business impact.
  • Experience with data architecture and modeling, including schema design, unification, and enrichment pipeline decisions.
  • AI-native mindset with regular use of AI tools such as LLMs, copilots, and automation for research, specs, analysis, and prototyping.
  • Demonstrated ability to design products with AI as a core capability and not just a bolt-on feature.
  • Experience shipping or materially contributing to at least one AI-powered product experience.
  • Strong leadership qualities including extreme ownership, relentless execution, and comfort operating without direct reports.
  • Customer empathy for real estate agents and instinct for how data should surface in the product experience.
