Description

  • Own the strategy and roadmap for client marketing & advertising products spanning digital campaigns, lifecycle marketing, and offline channels like print and direct mail.
  • Define end-to-end marketing workflows that let agents and teams plan, launch, and measure campaigns across ads, email, SMS, social, and print/direct mail from within the platform.
  • Partner with Client Marketing leadership to create scalable, productized client programs and “campaign in a box” offerings (e.g., listing launch playbooks, neighborhood farming packages).
  • Develop templated campaigns and playbooks that encode marketing best practices while allowing brand-appropriate customization by agents and teams.
  • Collaborate with AI/ML and engineering teams to build AI-powered assistants and creative tools for generating copy, creative, and campaign structures.
  • Build segmentation, targeting, and personalization capabilities to help clients reach the right audiences across channels.
  • Design intuitive, premium user experiences tailored to non-technical users that reflect the company’s luxury brand.
  • Create reporting and insights that connect marketing activity to lead generation, pipeline, and ROI and define/track success metrics to prioritize and iterate.
  • Evaluate and launch new channels and third-party partnerships (print, direct mail, specialty media) and ensure campaigns integrate with CRM, contact data, and lead routing workflows.
  • Act as the voice of the client marketer by bringing market insights, client feedback, and competitive intelligence into product planning.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience with progression to senior/staff level.
  • Demonstrated background in marketing and/or growth, including partnering with marketing teams or having run campaigns earlier in your career.
  • Experience building marketing, CRM, or advertising products in a B2B SaaS environment (campaign management, lifecycle marketing, email/SMS tools, marketing automation, ads, or similar).
  • Comfortable working across multiple channels including paid media (Meta/Google), owned channels (email, SMS), and offline tactics (print, direct mail, event marketing).
  • Deep understanding of performance and lifecycle marketing fundamentals (funnels, conversion rates, CAC, LTV, attribution) and applying them to product decisions.
  • Proven ability to translate ambiguous client needs into clear product strategies, roadmaps, and shipped experiences.
  • Experience designing or overseeing premium UX for non-technical users with strong instincts for simplicity, polish, and brand alignment.
  • Highly data-driven with experience running experiments, interpreting campaign and product analytics, and using insights to iterate.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and strong written/verbal communication skills to align marketing, sales, client success, operations, design, and engineering.
  • Preferred: hands-on experience running campaigns (Google/Facebook Ads, email/SMS, direct mail), familiarity with AI/ML marketing applications (content generation, audience modeling, predictive), experience in PropTech or lead generation platforms, and experience packaging managed services or campaign bundles into scalable offerings.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary: $170,000 - $210,000 per year.
  • Remote (US) role—work from anywhere in the United States.
  • Work at a fast-growing Series C company on track to $100M ARR, backed by top investors (Bessemer, NextEquity, Toba, Switch).
  • Opportunity to work with AI/ML and cutting-edge marketing automation and creative tools.
  • Recognition and positive workplace culture (Inc. 5000 growth, BuiltIn Best Place to Work, industry awards).
  • Equal Opportunity Employer with inclusive hiring practices.
