Description

  • Own and evolve Luna’s design function across mobile and internal web products.
  • Manage and improve design systems to keep experiences consistent, accessible, and intuitive.
  • Conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing, and document findings to inform planning.
  • Partner with Product Managers to define user needs, establish feature requirements, and iterate on designs.
  • Create and refine feature designs primarily for mobile applications and also internal web workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering to ensure smooth design handoff and efficient implementation.
  • Work with stakeholders across the business to plan and release product enhancements and features.
  • Contribute to design decisions that improve patient and therapist experiences in day-to-day care workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or additional experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2C mobile app design / UX.
  • Deep familiarity with both iOS and Android platforms.
  • Experience managing and maintaining a design system.
  • Proficiency with Figma and reusable component creation.
  • Experience applying platform-specific UX conventions for iOS, Android, and Web.
  • Experience working closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience working across diverse teams such as Engineering, Clinical, Billing, and Success (preferred).
  • A learning mindset and comfort taking on a wide variety of challenges (preferred).
