Description

  • Answer incoming calls and serve as the first point of contact for new and existing patients.
  • Manage patient registration, scheduling, and rescheduling of appointments with the network of physical therapists.
  • Obtain and maintain accurate patient records, including identification, patient history, insurance details, intake forms, and missed-appointment policies.
  • Receive, screen, and coordinate telephone calls from healthcare providers.
  • Proactively make outbound calls and send emails to patient leads to convert or follow up on appointments.
  • Communicate therapist arrival instructions and other appointment-related information to patients.
  • Maintain professionalism and deliver high-quality customer service to ensure patient satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 1 year of Office Administration experience required.
  • 1 year of call/contact center or other high call-volume experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated high level of customer service and strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficient with Google Suite.
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. without restriction.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a backup internet option required for remote work.
  • Hiring limited to select U.S. locations: AR, KY, MS, SC, Norfolk (VA), Virginia Beach (VA), WV, AL, FL, GA, ID, MI, MO, IN, NJ, OH, TX (except Houston), TN, WI.
  • To qualify for a fully remote role, candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the Nashville, TN office.
