Description

  • Manage registration, scheduling, and rescheduling for new and existing patients.
  • Obtain, organize, and communicate patient information including identification, history, insurance details, missed appointment policies, therapist arrival instructions, and intake forms.
  • Receive, screen, and coordinate incoming telephone calls from healthcare providers.
  • Proactively make outbound calls and send emails to patient leads.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for new and existing patients.
  • Deliver professional, customer-oriented support that promotes patient satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and handle high-volume communication in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 1 year of office admin experience required.
  • 1 year of call center, contact center, or other high-call-volume experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction.
  • Reliable high-speed internet is required for this remote role, along with a backup internet option.
  • Must reside in one of the eligible U.S. states; Tennessee candidates must live more than 50 miles from the Nashville office to qualify as fully remote.
