Description

  • Write and edit high-converting copy for email and SMS campaigns, landing pages, paid ads, and social media.
  • Adapt tone across educational, supportive, and high-urgency messaging while keeping the voice human and engaging.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director and U.S.-based marketing team to support launches and campaign execution.
  • Ensure all copy is persuasive while remaining medically compliant and appropriate for a regulated health environment.
  • Use performance feedback and A/B test results to improve hooks, calls to action, and overall copy effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Must have a portfolio showing work for U.S.-based companies, preferably in e-commerce, DTC, or healthcare.
  • Experience writing for telehealth, HIPAA-adjacent services, or wellness products.
  • Ability to write copy that drives action, not just polished prose.
  • Flawless native-level English with strong command of American idioms, grammar, and cultural nuance.
  • Ability to work during U.S. Pacific Standard Time hours.
  • Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, early-stage startup with distributed teams.
  • Based in Latin America, South America, or Europe.
  • Experience specifically in the weight management or GLP-1 space is preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic marketing metrics such as CTR and CVR and how they inform copy changes is preferred.
  • Experience using Slack, Figma, and Notion is preferred.
