Description

  • Personally produce high-volume paid creative—15–30 ad variants per week across statics, short-form video, and copy.
  • Write and/or direct direct-response copy (hooks, headlines, body copy, CTAs) that drives conversions.
  • Design high-quality statics in Figma (or equivalent) and independently edit short-form video ads using agile workflows.
  • Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, RunwayML, ElevenLabs) for ideation, copy generation, image/video production, and scaling winning concepts.
  • Own creative strategy and format tailoring across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit, aligning creative to each platform’s algorithm and ad formats.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, CVR, hook rates), kill failing concepts, double down on winners, and iterate rapidly.
  • Build and run structured testing systems for hooks, formats, audiences, and offers using repeatable frameworks.
  • Audit post-click experiences, prototype CRO improvements (layout, copy, CTA), mock wireframes or page changes, and ensure ad-to-landing-page alignment.
  • Propose offer framing, pricing presentation, urgency, and objection-handling to improve conversion and unit economics.
  • Partner directly with co-founders on creative output, patient acquisition targets, and evolving the creative function; help establish playbooks and manage external creatives as the team scales.

Requirements

  • US-based (required) and available to work U.S. business hours with professional-level English communication.
  • Hands-on maker mindset: recent roles must show personal production of ads (not primarily people-management in last three roles).
  • Portfolio demonstrating direct-response ads that drove measurable conversions (CPA, ROAS, CVR), not just engagement.
  • Exceptional design and copy skills with a refined artistic palette and strong fundamentals in typography, visual hierarchy, and color theory.
  • Deep, hands-on fluency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube advertising, and Reddit Ads and how creative performance appears in each network’s data.
  • AI-native daily production workflow using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, RunwayML, and ElevenLabs.
  • Systems thinker: ability to audit the entire conversion journey from ad to checkout and identify leaks.
  • Experience building structured testing frameworks and iterating based on performance metrics.
  • Strong plus: experience in DTC health, telehealth, or regulated industries and familiarity with GLP-1 / weight management advertising.
  • Strong plus: hands-on landing page design/build experience (e.g., Unbounce, Webflow, Shopify) and experience managing creative budgets and UGC creators.
