Description

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large and complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain projects from planning through post-implementation support.
  • Work directly with clients to gather requirements, manage expectations, and support successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and execute project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including technical teams, business analysts, and quality assurance teams.
  • Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and issue escalations to stakeholders.
  • Conduct project reviews to ensure adherence to Microsoft Success by Design and project governance standards.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve quality, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, including project scoping, estimation, proposal development, and solution design.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation and artifacts.
  • Collaborate with Microsoft FastTrack and Engineering teams on product insights and solution design reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems Management, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience managing large and complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain and Customer Engagement projects.
  • Strong understanding of the Dynamics 365 platform and related technologies such as Azure and Power Platform.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, including managing budgets, timelines, and resources.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Experience working with clients across various industries and geographies.
  • PMP certification required; Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Experience working with multicultural and/or multilingual teams across several time zones.
  • Successfully completed at least 2-3 Dynamics 365 AX / FO projects from initiation through go-live.
  • Experience with two or more Microsoft Dynamics functional areas, preferably Finance, Trade & Logistics, Warehouse Management, Sales, Marketing, Service, Production, or Manufacturing.
  • Dynamics 365 CE/CRM experience preferred.
