Description

  • Lead customer-facing functional workshops and business process analysis.
  • Oversee project delivery and ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Lead functional consultants and business analysts through the project lifecycle.
  • Support technical teams working on interfaces, data, and development.
  • Work with project and program managers to report progress, risks, and issues.
  • Liaise with internal and customer senior stakeholders and adapt communication as needed.
  • Ensure the system architecture is expertly designed.
  • Maintain expertise in D365 F&SCM functional capabilities, releases, new features, and technical architecture.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience with Microsoft Finance and Operations.
  • Strong experience in PMA, project costing, and core financials.
  • Experience in multiple full-lifecycle Dynamics 365 F&SC projects.
  • At least 5 years of professional Microsoft platform software or IT experience, preferably within a consultancy environment.
  • Extensive experience as a functional lead or solution architect working with core finance modules, PMA, project costing, and accounting.
  • Ability to manage short-term demands while maintaining a long-term implementation vision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor and comfort speaking with clients at all organizational levels.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, extremely organized, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
