Description

  • Frame ambiguous product problems into clear opportunity areas, structured approaches, and actionable design directions.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to align on goals, tradeoffs, sequencing, and timelines.
  • Design scalable workflows, patterns, and systems that translate business and customer needs into cohesive product experiences.
  • Own meaningful product surfaces end-to-end from discovery through delivery.
  • Shape unified, system-first experiences across Brand and Creator surfaces.
  • Contribute to and evolve the design system to improve consistency and scalability across products.
  • Use qualitative research and quantitative data to inform design decisions.
  • Leverage AI tools in the UX workflow for research synthesis, concept exploration, and documentation while maintaining strong product judgment.
  • Influence cross-functional partners through storytelling, rationale, and tradeoff communication.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience designing digital products with ownership of complex product areas or workflows end-to-end.
  • Proven experience shipping responsive web applications and native iOS products; Android experience is a plus.
  • A portfolio showing end-to-end ownership from discovery to delivery and a clear connection between design decisions and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, and Data in outcome-driven environments.
  • Strong systems thinking and the ability to create scalable patterns across multiple surfaces.
  • High standards for interaction design, visual craft, accessibility, and cohesive user experiences.
  • Experience conducting or partnering on user research and using data to refine design work.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and align cross-functional partners in ambiguous environments.
  • Curiosity and practical experience leveraging AI-enabled workflows to improve speed and clarity.
  • Strong prioritization skills and sound judgment in fast-moving environments.
