Description

Own and prioritize the AI product roadmap, sequencing quick wins and foundational investments.
Drive discovery and validation: identify high-value workflows, run pilots, measure outcomes, and iterate based on real usage.
Ship proofs-of-concept and MVPs and partner with AI engineering to advance prototypes to validated product.
Write product specs, define success metrics, and manage the build-measure-learn loop for innovation-stage work.
Design and implement a handoff model and clear criteria for graduating capabilities into core product teams.
Partner across product, engineering, design, sales, and customer success to ensure Innovation work is additive and integrates smoothly with existing roadmaps.
Represent customers (brokers and agents): translate pain points into product opportunities and validate solutions with users.
Inform governance and ensure responsible deployment of AI capabilities, with attention to data privacy, compliance, and sensitivity of brokerage financial data.
Proactively share learnings, prototypes, and customer insights to accelerate broader product teams and influence cross-organizational strategy.

Requirements

10+ years in product management with at least 3 years at a senior/director level.
Proven 0-to-1 experience taking ideas from concept to launched product (startup, incubation, or new product line).
Technical fluency with AI/ML concepts and the ability to hold credible technical conversations and translate capabilities into product specs (no model-building required).
Experience running agile product teams and maintaining delivery velocity; experience coaching teams on agile practices is a plus.
Demonstrated cross-functional leadership working with engineering, design, sales, and customer success to ship products.
Strong customer empathy and experience working directly with enterprise SaaS customers; experience in real estate, proptech, or vertical SaaS is highly valued.
Track record of identifying manual workflows and driving automation or efficiency initiatives with measurable impact.
Comfort with ambiguity and ability to prioritize trade-offs across roadmap, discovery, and validation activities.
Nice to have: background in data products/analytics/BI, AI/ML product development (recommendation systems, NLP, document understanding, conversational AI), founder/early-stage startup experience, or familiarity with compliance-sensitive industries (financial services, legal, real estate).
Ability to work remotely within the United States (role listed as US - Remote).
