Description

  • Administer, configure, and optimize Salesforce to support customer operations workflows.
  • Maintain data integrity through deduplication, validation rules, and automation processes.
  • Gather business requirements and implement new Salesforce features and enhancements with stakeholders.
  • Build and manage reports, dashboards, and analytics to track key metrics for Customer Success and Support teams.
  • Provide end-user support, training, and troubleshooting while enforcing best practices.
  • Manage integrations between Salesforce and other business systems to ensure accurate data flow.
  • Maintain clear documentation of system configurations, workflows, and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company security policies, data governance standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve Salesforce usability, scalability, and adoption across the organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce administration.
  • Salesforce certifications required.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, configurations, and automation tools such as Flow, Process Builder, and Apex triggers.
  • Experience with Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data management.
  • Familiarity with third-party integrations such as Zapier, Tableau, or customer support platforms.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, timely end-user support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical Salesforce solutions.
