Description

  • Launch, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across mobile and web paid acquisition channels.
  • Build and scale campaigns in Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, UAC, and other relevant platforms.
  • Monitor performance metrics such as traffic, conversions, CAC/CPA, ROAS, and conversion volume.
  • Design and run A/B tests across ads, creatives, keywords, targeting, campaign structures, and app store listings.
  • Analyze campaign performance, traffic quality, conversion trends, and user behavior to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Perform app store optimization activities, including listing updates, metadata optimization, ranking analysis, and testing in App Store and Google Play.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Brand, General Management, Product, Content, and Development teams.
  • Communicate with external partners such as Google, Apple, and Microsoft to improve campaign performance and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Prepare clear reports and share actionable insights and recommendations with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
  • 1+ year of experience with Apple Search Ads.
  • Practical experience with Microsoft Ads / Bing Ads.
  • Strong understanding of mobile acquisition, app performance marketing, and paid traffic optimization.
  • Experience working with mobile analytics tools such as AppsFlyer, Firebase, or similar platforms.
  • Good understanding of measurement, attribution, conversion tracking, acquisition funnels, and performance metrics.
  • Experience managing monthly ad budgets of $100K+.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience running A/B tests and interpreting results in the context of business goals.
  • English level B2+ for collaboration, meetings, and reporting.
  • Ownership mindset, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience in SaaS, subscription products, or app performance marketing (nice to have).
  • Experience with ASO and app store optimization (nice to have).
  • Experience working closely with Product, Brand, or General Management teams (nice to have).
  • Experience building or scaling a new paid acquisition channel (nice to have).
