Description

  • Provide friendly, professional customer support primarily via phone, with additional support via email and text when available.
  • Listen to customer concerns with empathy and work toward effective solutions.
  • Process order changes, refunds, replacements, and other account adjustments using internal systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to orders, shipping, billing, product inquiries, and related concerns.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and escalate complex issues when needed.
  • Follow published SOPs and stay current on company updates, policies, products, and processes.
  • Contribute feedback and insights to help improve the customer experience.
  • Maintain responsiveness and ensure customers feel heard and valued.

Requirements

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to quickly learn and reliably use customer service platforms such as Gorgias, Shopify, Slack, and email.
  • Previous phone support experience preferred.
  • High empathy and a strong customer service orientation.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Eagerness to learn and take constructive feedback.
  • Ability to work a part-time, seasonal schedule with fluctuating weekly hours.
  • Availability for full-time support of up to 40 hours per week during August through December.
  • Proper internet and phone connection for fully remote work.
