Description

  • Manage the full sales process, including prospecting, meetings, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and account management.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain relationships with prospective life sciences clients and partners through in-person meetings and industry events.
  • Understand clients’ business environments and communicate Loka’s value proposition clearly.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the life sciences industry and Loka’s products and services.
  • Conduct market research to identify and generate new business opportunities.
  • Manage projects related to sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with a senior sales lead for support across the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in the life sciences industry.
  • Basic understanding of data infrastructure, machine learning, and/or cloud architectures.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the month for client meetings and industry events.
  • Native English fluency.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn quickly.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with AWS and core AWS services (strongly preferred).
  • Clean criminal record (strongly preferred).

  • Salary range of $130,000–$150,000.
