Description

  • Lead and continuously optimize client accounts while maintaining strong client communication.
  • Develop, implement, and manage paid search, paid social, and display marketing strategies for multiple clients.
  • Conduct site research, keyword research, campaign development, optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Create decks and present campaign performance, strategy, and optimization recommendations to clients.
  • Provide internal and external reporting on project status and progress toward client and company goals.
  • Use campaign data to identify trends, extract insights, and recommend proactive performance improvements.
  • Manage campaign budgets and adjust allocation to improve ROI and overall results.
  • Build search marketing creative, including keyword generation, text ad copy, and landing page copywriting.
  • Identify additional growth opportunities across other marketing channels.
  • Stay current on trends in online search marketing and advise clients accordingly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3 years of paid media experience in search and social at a digital marketing agency.
  • Experience using Google, Bing, and social advertising platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Pinterest.
  • Experience with third-party software such as Marin.
  • Strong understanding of clients’ goals and business objectives.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and apply insights to optimization recommendations.
  • Ability to juggle multiple clients and priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting to clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience with programmatic display and other third-party social platforms (preferred).
  • Passion for paid media and teaching others (preferred).
