Description

  • Lead and continuously optimize client accounts across paid search, paid social, and display channels.
  • Develop and manage paid media strategies for a variety of clients.
  • Conduct site research, keyword research, campaign development, optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Create decks and reporting materials to communicate campaign performance and project status to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Present strategy, optimizations, and performance updates to clients through meetings, calls, and video conferences.
  • Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and recommend proactive optimizations to improve results.
  • Manage campaign budgets and adjust budget allocation to improve ROI and performance.
  • Develop search marketing creative, including keyword lists, text ad copy, and landing page copy.
  • Identify additional growth opportunities across other marketing channels.
  • Stay current on trends in online search marketing and advise clients accordingly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3 years of paid media experience in search and social at a digital marketing agency.
  • Experience managing paid search, paid social, and display campaigns.
  • Experience using Google Ads, Bing, and social marketing platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Pinterest.
  • Experience with third-party software such as Marin.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from campaign data and identify trends.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with clients and present recommendations effectively.
  • Ability to juggle multiple clients and manage competing priorities.
  • Passion for paid media and teaching others.
  • Programmatic display or other third-party social platform experience is a plus.
