Description

  • Build and maintain foundational tools that streamline feature squad workflows and enable faster, safer development.
  • Lead the migration of remaining monolithic components as the platform transitions toward microservices.
  • Ensure robust unit and integration test coverage for critical services to support continuous delivery and operational stability.
  • Participate in technical discussions and decision-making to shape the platform architecture.
  • Improve CI/CD artifacts to increase squad efficiency and support seamless deployment processes.
  • Refine existing code to make it more efficient, secure, and maintainable.
  • Propose and implement initiatives and design solutions that improve the squad’s systems and processes.
  • Improve observability capabilities to support the continuity and health of the platform’s domains.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of backend development experience, including at least 2 years with C# and .NET Core.
  • Strong experience with REST APIs, ASP.NET Core, and related technologies.
  • Proficiency with unit testing, integration testing, and SOLID principles.
  • Good understanding of Domain-Driven Design and architectural impact.
  • Experience with Entity Framework and MSSQL.
  • Excellent analytical skills to understand complex code and its architectural implications.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English to communicate effectively across teams.
  • Experience working in a microservices architecture is a plus.
  • Knowledge of DevOps technologies such as K8s, Docker, Helm, and GCP is a plus.
