Description

  • Proactively communicate shipment status updates and manage issue escalation with customers.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to help ensure loads meet on-time pickup and on-time delivery KPIs.
  • Handle quote and book tasks for assigned customers.
  • Direct scheduling and rescheduling of appointments as needed.
  • Perform scorecard audits to align external and internal metrics.
  • Process accessorials in a timely manner.
  • Assist with resolving RPM/FSC discrepancies for billing.
  • Collaborate with peers to identify process improvements and implement streamlined solutions for customers.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive work style.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both internal and customer-facing communication.
  • Ability to quickly assess and resolve issues.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience with scheduling tasks is a plus, but not required.
  • Experience with quote and book tasks is a plus, but not required.
