Description

  • Provide timely break‑fix and 3rd line support (including out‑of‑hours) to resolve system issues and minimise downtime in line with SLAs.
  • Monitor system performance, availability and capacity, and perform infrastructure and code optimisation to ensure efficiency and reliability.
  • Manage and operate Azure AD B2C identity flows and Azure API Management (APIM) to deliver secure, seamless integrations.
  • Implement and maintain real‑time monitoring, proactive alerts and incident response procedures for applications and underlying infrastructure.
  • Support development teams with technical guidance to improve CI/CD pipelines, secure delivery practices and application robustness.
  • Build, maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes in Azure DevOps to support development‑to‑production delivery.
  • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, enforce security policies, apply patching and system hardening, and adhere to corporate information security standards.
  • Collaborate on projects and release preparations, coordinate with internal teams on escalations, and assist with cloud solution troubleshooting and deployments.

Requirements

  • Hands‑on experience supporting and optimising Azure integration platforms, CI/CD pipelines and live production environments.
  • Experience managing Azure subscriptions and Azure resources efficiently.
  • Proven expertise in Azure AD B2C, including creating/customising user flows, custom policies (Identity Experience Framework), claims providers, technical profiles, custom attributes, UX/UI customization, and user/group/role management.
  • Knowledge of identity and access protocols: OpenID Connect, OAuth2.0 and SAML2.0, plus experience with Microsoft Graph API and MSAL.
  • Experience with APIM including security and cloud‑to‑cloud integration.
  • Hands‑on development experience with Azure Functions, Web Apps and C#.
  • Proficiency with Azure monitoring tooling such as Application Insights, Azure Blob storage, Defender for Cloud, and other observability tools.
  • Experience building and automating CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and integrating code quality/security scans using SonarCloud and ZAP in pipelines.
  • Understanding of SSL certificates, security best practices, Azure Security Benchmark and CIS controls, and conducting vulnerability assessments and patching.
  • Role is a UK‑based position (fully remote within the UK), 12‑month fixed term, may require out‑of‑hours work, and Livestock Information Ltd cannot sponsor work visas.
