Description

  • Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy for the end-to-end Analytics platform.
  • Define, review, and prioritize features for Analytic Studio/Builder and Report Center.
  • Manage the roadmap for Data Services and Data Transporter to support timely, accurate, scalable data ingestion and preparation.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science to embed Conversational Intelligence features into core analytics products.
  • Define and track KPIs and data quality metrics for data pipelines and analytics tools.
  • Serve as the primary interface between analytics users and Data Engineering teams, translating requirements into technical specifications.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to align product direction with customer needs and feedback.
  • Drive scalable, reliable, and user-friendly analytics experiences for internal and external users.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of product management experience.
  • Experience launching and managing SaaS analytics and reporting products or platforms.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing, BI tools, reporting systems, high-scale data processing, event-driven architectures, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to develop product strategy, prioritize features, and lead roadmap planning in an agile environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret product data, identify usage trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers on reporting and analytics needs.
  • Strong customer focus and empathy for customer data consumption pain points.
  • Passion for innovation and solving complex data and reporting challenges.
  • Preferred: experience integrating AI/ML-derived insights such as sentiment analysis, topic clustering, or intent detection.
