Description

  • Define and articulate the product vision for Syntrix as the platform for AI predictability and operational readiness.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including roadmap development, prioritization, execution, and market success.
  • Lead, hire, and mentor a team of product managers and designers.
  • Partner with Engineering, AI Research, Design, Marketing, and Sales to align development, launch, and adoption.
  • Work with Product Marketing on go-to-market strategy, messaging, and positioning.
  • Engage enterprise customers to understand AI adoption challenges and translate insights into product requirements.
  • Represent LivePerson externally as a thought leader in AI assurance at customer meetings, analyst briefings, and public events.
  • Drive a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer-centric, human-centered product experiences.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or Ph.D. is required.
  • 10+ years of product management experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role managing and mentoring product managers and/or designers.
  • Proven success delivering enterprise SaaS products in AI/ML, data analytics, or developer-focused domains.
  • Strong technical understanding of modern AI technologies, including LLMs, Generative AI, and simulation platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and execute strategic product vision.
  • History of leading AI projects from concept through successful customer-facing deployment.
  • Experience communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience partnering with sales and other business units to drive customer success.
  • Tangible cross-functional experience with stakeholders across sales, marketing, legal, and compliance.
  • Experience with AI Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks preferred.
  • Experience with call centers, including human agent training, bot agent verification, and AI agents in call centers preferred.
  • Experience designing and launching products for technical users such as developers or data scientists preferred.
