Description

  • Build and lead Livefront’s AI & Automation practice across strategy, delivery, enablement, and platform development.
  • Own the growth and evolution of AI service lines, including AI strategy, agentic software engineering, workflow automation, AI platforms, AI product development, and AI training.
  • Define delivery standards, playbooks, reference architectures, evaluation approaches, governance, security posture, and operational processes for AI work.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop AI leaders and practitioners while establishing career pathways and raising the technical bar across the organization.
  • Drive internal AI adoption by removing barriers, scaling training programs, and ensuring teams have access to tools, documentation, reference implementations, and accelerators.
  • Shape AI market offerings and go-to-market motion through positioning, packaging, sales enablement, pursuit strategy, and thought leadership.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with AI labs, data platforms, and cloud providers.
  • Own development of reusable AI assets, including agents, accelerators, frameworks, internal tools, and the agentic product development framework.
  • Lead and/or sponsor complex client engagements involving AI architectures, agentic systems, and enterprise implementations.
  • Drive client transformation and revenue growth through enterprise AI agents, AI platforms, workshops, and training.

Requirements

  • Significant experience building and shipping modern software systems with deep expertise in agentic systems, LLMs, and modern AI architectures.
  • Strong foundation in architecture and systems thinking, including APIs, data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, deployment, observability, and security.
  • Credibility across data engineering/analytics, product strategy, and experience design as they relate to AI product development.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale a practice, or a strong trajectory as a high-performing leader ready for broader ownership.
  • Demonstrated ownership of both delivery outcomes and go-to-market outcomes.
  • Experience operationalizing new ways of working across an organization.
  • Strong client presence with experience leading executive conversations, building trust quickly, managing expectations, and translating complex concepts into business value.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present and defend technical and architectural choices persuasively.
  • Strong sense of security and risk management, including anticipating failure risks and building responsible guardrails.
  • Above-average discipline, personal organization, and ability to create clarity amid ambiguity.
  • Preferred: active thought leadership through speaking, writing, teaching, open source, or community leadership.
  • Preferred: experience building repeatable AI delivery accelerators such as evaluation harnesses, reference architectures, governance frameworks, or reusable components.
  • Preferred: experience designing and operating AI systems in regulated environments, including privacy, compliance, safety, and auditability.
  • Preferred: experience partnering with major AI or cloud platforms and shaping partnerships.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $200,000 to $300,000 per year.
