Description

  • Develop and execute product strategy aligned with client goals and changing business needs.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch.
  • Incorporate user research, stakeholder input, and product usage analysis into product direction.
  • Own execution and delivery, including releases, requirements, development tasks, and internal and public launches.
  • Define measurement approaches and product experiments, including A/B testing, to improve growth and engagement.
  • Collaborate with product designers to shape and define new product opportunities.
  • Work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to prioritize features based on desirability, viability, and feasibility.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in an agile environment, including backlog management, sprint planning, and iterative development.
  • Use data-driven decision-making to evaluate performance and set future priorities.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while communicating product vision, progress, and impact.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally in consulting or an in-house cross-functional product team.
  • Experience working on consumer-facing native iOS and/or Android applications.
  • Extensive knowledge of iOS and/or Android features and capabilities.
  • Experience working on high-profile consumer-facing web applications.
  • Strong ability to incorporate data and measurement into the product management process.
  • Experience gathering and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data to uncover user and business insights.
  • Firm grasp of modern product management best practices and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and defend strategic choices persuasively.
  • Above-average discipline and personal organization skills.
  • Experience leading and/or mentoring other product managers.
  • Preferred: public writing or speaking on product, technology, design, or consumer behavior.
  • Preferred: experience incorporating AI into the product development process.
  • Preferred: experience in business development, account management, customer success, or application support.
