Description

  • Own end-to-end delivery of projects from discovery and planning through delivery, UAT, go‑live, and hypercare.
  • Drive wave governance and stage gates; manage RAID (risks, actions, issues, decisions), dependencies, and cross‑team coordination.
  • Act as primary day‑to‑day contact for stakeholders; facilitate steering/status sessions and maintain alignment on priorities, decisions, and acceptance criteria.
  • Plan and run projects across phases/waves, keeping milestones, sprint goals, and delivery cadence on track.
  • Implement and maintain Agile/Scrum or hybrid methods and run ceremonies to support multi‑team initiatives.
  • Manage scope to contract: draft/coordinate SOWs and Change Requests, obtain approvals for ad hoc work, and protect delivery margins.
  • Track milestones and acceptance criteria linked to invoicing and uphold agreed commercial terms.
  • Maintain transparent reporting and PM artifacts (status reports, health checks, CXMS, billing milestones, plans, backlogs, burn‑up/down, RACI, decisions log) and document decisions, assumptions, agreements, and trade‑offs.

Requirements

  • Experience leading data/analytics or AI/ML projects in a consulting or enterprise environment.
  • Proven delivery of multi‑team initiatives using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methods.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across different nationalities and clear, professional communication.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and data/AI delivery lifecycles, with ability to translate business outcomes into delivery plans, risks, and stage gates.
  • Proficiency with PM and reporting tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Project, and Office 365.
  • Comfort leveraging modern AI productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot ecosystem) and GitHub‑based workflows to enhance delivery velocity.
  • Proactive, self‑driven, resourceful, and able to operate independently in ambiguous or decentralized environments.
  • Solution‑oriented, collaborative, low‑ego, and patient when working with busy stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to provide concise updates and escalate risks early.
  • Nice to have: experience with cloud data platforms (Azure/GCP/AWS), BI tooling, and data product mindsets.
