Description

  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
  • Coordinate with back-end and front-end BI developers during reporting solution build and implementation phases.
  • Work with project managers and business analysts to align technical solutions with customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with development teams to define technical requirements and specifications for reporting solutions.
  • Lead the design and architecture of business intelligence reporting solutions.
  • Review and approve technical designs to ensure adherence to quality criteria.
  • Ensure delivered solutions meet code quality, security, performance, and scalability standards.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback on development best practices.
  • Participate in project planning and estimation activities.
  • Communicate technical aspects of solutions clearly to stakeholders and customers.
  • Share knowledge through training sessions, workshops, and documentation.
  • Mentor team members to improve their technical skills and capabilities.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience with Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.
  • Experience working with data sources such as Excel, Databricks, SQL, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to build DAX queries and translate detailed business requirements into reporting solutions.
  • Understanding of semantic models and ability to support business questions related to them.
  • Knowledge of Fabric, Azure, or Databricks.
  • Ability to work independently in Power BI Service and manage multiple workspaces and models.
  • Experience creating compelling reports and dashboards aligned to organizational needs.
  • Ability to present reports and dashboards effectively.
  • Awareness of the latest technologies such as Copilot, MCP server, and AI model preparation.
  • Strong English communication skills and ability to deliver results under quick timelines.
  • Ability to train and mentor junior team members and leads.
