Description

  • Deliver commercial analytics projects across sales, marketing, revenue growth management, customer and shopper analytics, e-commerce, and commercial performance management.
  • Work with clients to understand business priorities, define analytical approaches, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Translate business problems into clear analytical requirements, KPIs, and solution designs.
  • Partner with commercial stakeholders to frame key business questions and success criteria.
  • Support client proposals, solution approaches, proofs of value, demo use cases, effort estimation, and delivery planning.
  • Participate in client discussions and presentations to explain how analytics and data solutions address commercial challenges.
  • Design reusable analytics accelerators, frameworks, templates, KPI frameworks, data models, and solution blueprints.
  • Collaborate with data engineering, BI, and data science teams to ensure solutions are technically robust and production-ready.
  • Validate, test, and refine solutions to ensure accuracy, usability, and alignment with business needs.
  • Ensure analytics solutions are repeatable, scalable, and aligned with business decision-making processes.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in analytics consulting, commercial analytics, or data-driven business roles.
  • Experience across one or more commercial analytics domains such as sales performance, marketing analytics, pricing, promotions, Revenue Growth Management, customer or shopper analytics, channel analytics, or digital commerce.
  • Experience translating business questions into analytical approaches and deliverables.
  • Strong analytical foundation with experience working with multi-source commercial data.
  • Experience defining KPIs, metrics frameworks, and analytical workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with Python or R.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with data pipelines, data modelling, and scalable analytics solutions is a strong plus.
  • Fluent in English.
