Description

  • Lead day-to-day client delivery, including discovery workshops, steering meetings, and CTO-level read-outs.
  • Translate technical setup and governance requirements into learning requirements with the Power Platform SME.
  • Shape blended learning journeys for Agent Builder, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio, with Power Apps as an optional module.
  • Direct learning designers in creating enablement assets.
  • Lead change and adoption activities, including stakeholder mapping, communications, learner nominations, protected learning time, license activation, and train-the-trainer handover.
  • Manage the fixed-price engagement plan, budget, scope, risks, change control, and squad coordination.
  • Own pilot measurement, including baselines, dashboards, quick-win validation, and day-90 value checks.
  • Create a market rollout blueprint covering governance templates, rollout playbooks, and pilot lessons learned.
  • Lead a small delivery squad and coordinate learning-content production.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of digital adoption, learning, or change experience on enterprise technology programmes.
  • Experience delivering at least two Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or Copilot rollouts.
  • Freelance or independent consulting experience, with two recent client references.
  • Experience engaging CIO- and CTO-level stakeholders and leading discovery workshops and steering meetings.
  • Working knowledge of Power Platform governance, including environments, DLP policies, Managed Environments, and CoE Starter Kit.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot licensing and consumption.
  • Learning design experience, including learning outcomes, blended learning journeys, and briefing designers.
  • Applied change-management experience using Prosci, ADKAR, or an equivalent method, with evidence of adoption at scale.
  • Experience managing fixed-price engagements, including budgets, plans, risks, and change control.
  • C1-C2 English and experience presenting to senior UK or US stakeholders.
  • Poland-based availability and willingness to make four to six trips to the client’s UK headquarters.
  • Prosci, Microsoft PL-900, PMP, or PRINCE2 certification (preferred).
  • Experience in federated multinational organizations, food service, or hospitality (preferred).
  • Polish, French, or German language skills; train-the-trainer and AI-agent learning experience (preferred).
