Description

  • Manage and maintain complex building systems across multiple properties, including HVAC, lighting, plumbing, BAS, and electrical systems.
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical systems and support efficient building operations.
  • Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance across assigned properties.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, work orders, and safety logs for each site.
  • Provide mentoring and technical guidance to junior mobile maintenance technicians and assist with training initiatives.
  • Partner with property managers, contractors, vendors, tenants, and client employees to resolve issues and keep operations running smoothly.
  • Perform inspections to ensure compliance, optimal performance, and contractor coordination across sites.
  • Follow safety protocols, use PPE, and enforce compliance with safety standards across managed properties.
  • Communicate professionally with internal teams, leadership, vendors, tenants, and client employees.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 3 to 5 years of job-related experience or equivalent certification/trade experience.
  • CFC certification preferred, or willingness to obtain it as requested.
  • Engineering and trade licenses as required by local, state, or national requirements.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
  • Ability to comply with company vehicle policy and procedures.
  • Basic working knowledge of laptop and phone applications for work orders and facility operations, plus Microsoft Outlook.
  • Familiarity with fire/life safety equipment and procedures.
  • Experience delivering excellent internal and external customer service and communicating effectively with tenants, vendors, contractors, teammates, and leadership.
  • Familiarity with blueprints and code requirements.
  • Ability to work after hours, weekends, holidays, and during emergency situations as needed.
  • Competent knowledge of the use and care of tools.
  • Ability to read and write English to understand manuals, procedures, and write reports.
  • Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as stooping, crouching, and kneeling.
