Description

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to design and deliver new iOS features and user-centric workflows.
  • Design and implement efficient, functional iOS mobile applications using Swift and Objective-C.
  • Balance new feature development with maintenance of existing integrations and product functionality.
  • Work closely with the Team Lead, Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and other teams to ensure smooth integration and performance.
  • Participate in daily Agile ceremonies and brainstorming sessions to develop and improve solutions.
  • Champion code quality, system reliability, and ownership of the codebase.
  • Contribute to engineering best practices and help improve the team’s overall performance.
  • Support the expansion of the POS product into new markets through iOS capabilities.

Requirements

  • Advanced programming skills in Swift and ideally Objective-C.
  • Strong knowledge of Structured Concurrency, UIKit, SwiftUI, Core Data, and REST APIs.
  • Experience writing automated unit and functional tests.
  • Good conceptual understanding of software design and code quality.
  • Experience with local network communication and external accessories such as payment terminals and printers is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate in English as a working language.
  • Team-oriented mindset with willingness to contribute to discussions and share opinions.
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and step outside your comfort zone.
  • Interest in making decisions, learning from mistakes, and sharing knowledge with peers.
