Description

Collaborate with cross-functional partners to design and deliver new iOS features and user-centric workflows.
Design and implement efficient, functional iOS mobile applications using Swift and Objective-C.
Balance new feature development with maintenance of existing integrations and product functionality.
Work closely with the Team Lead, Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and other teams to ensure smooth integration and performance.
Participate in daily Agile ceremonies and brainstorming sessions to develop and improve solutions.
Champion code quality, system reliability, and ownership of the codebase.
Contribute to engineering best practices and help improve the team’s overall performance.
Support the expansion of the POS product into new markets through iOS capabilities.

Requirements

Advanced programming skills in Swift and ideally Objective-C.
Strong knowledge of Structured Concurrency, UIKit, SwiftUI, Core Data, and REST APIs.
Experience writing automated unit and functional tests.
Good conceptual understanding of software design and code quality.
Experience with local network communication and external accessories such as payment terminals and printers is a plus.
Ability to communicate in English as a working language.
Team-oriented mindset with willingness to contribute to discussions and share opinions.
Self-motivated and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
Willingness to learn, grow, and step outside your comfort zone.
Interest in making decisions, learning from mistakes, and sharing knowledge with peers.
