Description

  • Proactively prospect enterprise retail accounts via phone, email, social media, and other outbound channels.
  • Act as the first point of contact to generate and qualify leads for enterprise retail clients.
  • Engage enterprise-level stakeholders to uncover challenges, build relationships, and advance opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth lead handoff and strategic follow-up.
  • Provide feedback to marketing and sales teams based on prospect conversations to refine outbound strategies.
  • Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual outbound sales targets in a high-velocity environment.
  • Execute high-volume outreach activities (cold-calling, emailing, social engagement) across complex sales cycles.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in SaaS outbound sales, preferably with enterprise or mid-market retail clients.
  • Proven ability to cold-call, email, and engage enterprise stakeholders in complex sales cycles.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to explain complex solutions to multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfortable navigating enterprise accounts and a tech-savvy, strategic approach to prospecting.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, bias toward action, and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-growing business.
  • Fluency in English as a working language (required for global collaboration).
  • Preferred: experience selling into enterprise retail clients.
  • Preferred: familiarity with POS systems or other software platforms used in large organizations.
  • Preferred: experience with consultative selling methodologies such as MEDDPICC or BANT.
