Description

  • Build signal-based workflows to source, enrich, and score the EMEA total addressable market.
  • Design automated lead scoring and personalized outreach systems.
  • Own the full lifecycle of internal AI tools and dashboards from problem definition through PoC, MVP, and product delivery.
  • Deploy workflow automations using Python, N8N, or Zapier and integrate data from tools such as Clay, Gong, and ChurnZero.
  • Partner with Sales and Operations teams to identify sales-funnel bottlenecks and implement AI solutions that improve speed to insight.
  • Define and track metrics to measure the cost, performance, and business value of AI automations.
  • Train marketing and sales teammates on emerging AI tools and create documentation that supports adoption.
  • Support GTM optimization by turning fragmented data into actionable outbound and research workflows.

Requirements

  • Intermediate Python proficiency, including the ability to solve simple problems independently and more complex ones with AI assistance.
  • Elite prompt engineering skills.
  • Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as AirOps, RelevanceAI, N8N, and Zapier.
  • Experience with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, ChurnZero, and Gong.
  • Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle, lead scoring, and using LLMs for research and campaign automation.
  • Track record of leading enterprise-level projects independently in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear summaries and actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluency in English as a working language.
  • Flexibility to work EMEA hours.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with tools such as Clay and other martech platforms used for workflow orchestration.
