Description

  • Advocate for quality from the perspective of multiple dealer, customer, support, implementation, training, and sales personas on each project.
  • Assist with testing and documenting product releases, including modifications and enhancements.
  • Provide input to the Lead QA Engineer on functional and design specifications.
  • Write and assist with user story tests and project test coverage.
  • Facilitate project meetings and communicate changes as needed.
  • Coordinate and facilitate beta testing with customers and internal departments.
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, test applications/utilities, and automated test scripts.
  • Assist with training and guidance for QA staff and other internal departments.
  • Support customers with product issues as needed.
  • Validate reported product problems, troubleshoot logs, and enter, review, and update defects in the tracking database.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of related experience.
  • Proven understanding of QA practices.
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Basic understanding of APIs and how to test them.
  • Experience in the dealership and/or SaaS industry (preferred).
  • Previous experience managing backlog in Scrum (preferred).
  • Experience working in an Agile SAFe environment (preferred).
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
