Description

  • Design, build, and roll out platforms and operational patterns that reduce incidents and support customer-facing and internal features.
  • Deploy updates and improvements for Voltage Park’s internal and end-customer use cases.
  • Work hands-on with large-scale GPU environments, Linux systems, bare metal infrastructure, and provisioning workflows.
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and improve operational efficiency across the platform.
  • Build automation that reduces manual toil over time.
  • Partner with Infrastructure Engineering, Network Operations, Customer Success, and Software Platform teams.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation in a primary/secondary schedule.
  • Support reliability, observability, and operational scale for GPU infrastructure.

Requirements

  • 8+ years working with Linux as a server/hosting platform, with Ubuntu experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience with AWS.
  • 2+ years of experience with Kubernetes and strong container fundamentals.
  • 2+ years of experience with Terraform and Ansible.
  • 2+ years of experience with network-attached storage management via NFS, Ceph, or similar protocols, with VAST experience preferred.
  • Experience with monitoring systems such as Prometheus and the ELK stack.
  • Familiarity with the GitOps workflow.
  • Software development experience using Python, Go, Bash, or similar languages for automation and API integration.
  • Deep networking fundamentals, with experience in datacenter networks, 400Gb Ethernet, and Infiniband preferred.
  • Experience building and delivering complex systems.
  • Ability to navigate tradeoffs between design, risk, cost, and outcomes.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience with bare metal hardware troubleshooting and provisioning, with Dell hardware experience preferred.
  • Experience with GPU servers, in bare metal or virtualized environments, preferred.
  • Experience with network switches, routers, and firewalls, especially SONiC switches, Palo Alto firewalls, and Juniper Networks, preferred.
  • Remote role open to candidates residing in Singapore.
  • Availability for a Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time (UTC+8), with regular on-call participation.
