Description

  • Design, configure, develop, and implement baseline and custom ServiceNow applications and enhancements.
  • Support multiple ServiceNow instances and domains for internal and external customers.
  • Advise functional and administrative teams on ServiceNow design, development, and platform best practices.
  • Collaborate with business, systems, and technology partners to define business and system requirements.
  • Develop ServiceNow components including Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, and Workflow Activities.
  • Facilitate and support the rollout of new applications and enhancements.
  • Analyze system performance issues and identify performance improvements.
  • Provide architectural input and uphold design and development standards.
  • Work independently and as part of a technical team using Agile/Scrum practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
  • Strong working knowledge of the ServiceNow suite, including Service Catalog, Service Portal, Reports, Incident, and Knowledge Base.
  • Experience with IT Service Management, Asset and Configuration Management, ITIL/ITSM, and PMP/PRINCE2 practices.
  • Experience working on Agile/Scrum project teams.
  • Knowledge of software engineering lifecycle principles, requirements translation, implementation, support, and enterprise monitoring.
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with large datasets and performing data analysis or modeling.
  • U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Secret-level security clearance.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification preferred.
