Description

  • Design, configure, develop, and implement baseline and custom ServiceNow applications and enhancements.
  • Support multiple ServiceNow instances and domains for internal and external customers.
  • Use Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage development work.
  • Advise functional and administrative teams on ServiceNow design, development, and platform best practices.
  • Collaborate with business, systems, and technology partners to define business and technical requirements.
  • Develop ServiceNow scripts, including Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, and Workflow Activities.
  • Facilitate and support the rollout of new ServiceNow applications and enhancements.
  • Analyze system performance issues and identify performance improvements.
  • Provide architectural input and uphold platform design and development standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
  • Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow tools, including Service Catalog, Service Portal, Reports, Incident, and Knowledge Base.
  • Independent software development experience with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with IT Service Management, Asset and Configuration Management, ITIL/ITSM, and PMP/PRINCE2 practices.
  • Experience working on Agile/Scrum project teams.
  • Experience with software engineering lifecycle principles, requirements translation, application implementation and support, and enterprise monitoring.
  • Experience analyzing and modeling large datasets to support management decisions.
  • Strong communication and listening skills when working with business and technical stakeholders.
  • U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Secret-level security clearance.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification preferred.
