Description

  • Own the clinical QA program for physicians, NPs, and PAs, including sampling, review cadence, workflows, and documentation.
  • Audit telehealth visits and chart notes against clinical evaluation standards and SOPs.
  • Produce monthly clinician scorecards with quarterly and annual reporting, and conduct targeted reviews for complaints, missed standards, or safety concerns.
  • Administer Rippit, including scorecards, rubrics, workflows, assignments, integrations, access, and QA data maintenance.
  • Build reporting by clinician, visit type, membership type, and evaluation domain, and provide insights to clinical leadership.
  • Identify, implement, and validate automation for screening, sampling, flagging, scoring, and reporting.
  • Maintain evaluation standards, scoring anchors, calibration materials, and ongoing reviewer calibration sessions.
  • Lead QA for newly onboarded clinicians and determine readiness for standard monthly reviews.
  • Translate QA findings into training updates, SOP recommendations, and documented follow-up with clinical leadership and People.

Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted MD, DO, NP, or PA license in good standing.
  • 5+ years of clinical practice, including telehealth experience.
  • 2+ years of clinical quality experience, such as chart audits, peer review, OPPE/FPPE, or clinical education.
  • Experience running a QA or audit program with rubric-based reviews and reviewer calibration.
  • Hands-on experience administering Rippit, MaestroQA, or a similar QA platform and building reports.
  • Ability to track metrics, build reports, identify trends, and communicate their implications.
  • Working knowledge of preventive and metabolic care, including lipids, cardiovascular risk, hormone therapy, GLP-1s, and peptides.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Preferred: longevity, concierge, or preventive medicine experience; QA automation or AI experience; Healthie, Nabla, or similar EHR/AI scribe experience; motivational interviewing training; or experience hiring and managing reviewers.
