Description

  • Partner with engineering, design, and data science to shape the Orchestrator system design and roadmap.
  • Define the measurement framework, including the north star metric, driver metrics, and objective function for decisioning.
  • Work with partner teams to establish content ingestion architecture and align contributions into a shared platform.
  • Collaborate on the member context model by defining signals and profile data used for real-time decisioning.
  • Ensure content can be delivered effectively across existing in-app surfaces and identify where new templates or surfaces are needed.
  • Contribute to feedback loops that send engagement and display data back upstream to improve decisioning over time.
  • Translate competing stakeholder priorities into weighted inputs for the shared system.
  • Educate and evangelize the Orchestrator to partner teams so they can build effectively with it.

Requirements

  • Experience building or redesigning a personalization or content orchestration system.
  • Understanding of ML-driven content ranking, modular UI architecture, and algorithmic decisioning.
  • Ability to work through organizational alignment challenges on shared, constrained product surfaces.
  • Experience helping teams shift from ownership-based requests to user-value-based decision-making.
  • Comfort operating in an AI-native workflow where AI supports research synthesis, spec drafting, experiment analysis, and status reporting.
  • Ability to direct AI-driven execution across the full product development lifecycle.
  • Strong strategic judgment and the ability to balance technical architecture with end-user experience.
  • History of driving at least one initiative per year with material, company-level impact.
  • Experience building shared mental models and aligning cross-functional stakeholders over time.
  • US-based or Canada-based compensation eligibility, with remote work within the US noted for most roles.
