Description

  • Own the security strategy for frontier model access and MCP governance, including risk frameworks, authorization architecture, and escalation models.
  • Architect the identity and trust model for non-human agents, including authentication, trust revocation, scoped credentials, and least-privilege access.
  • Define the adversarial defense posture for AI systems in production, including prompt injection defense, monitoring, telemetry, and incident response.
  • Lead security architecture reviews for the common AI end-user platform and implement access controls, data boundaries, and abuse detection.
  • Secure the shared knowledge layer by defining access control and data governance for retrieval and reasoning systems.
  • Build AI supply chain integrity through model provenance, service vetting, and dependency controls.
  • Partner with Privacy, Legal, and Data Platform to ensure controls are built into pipelines handling location data, family graphs, and data involving minors.
  • Guide security architecture coherence across model access, agent infrastructure, the knowledge layer, and the end-user platform as they evolve.
  • Help define first-draft standards and scale the security patterns that prove effective in production.

Requirements

  • 15+ years in security engineering with depth in application security, cloud security, IAM, or detection.
  • Experience defining platform-level security architecture, including trust models and data boundary topologies.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM and agentic systems, including prompt pipelines, RAG architectures, and multi-agent orchestration.
  • Deep expertise in IAM for non-human systems, including service identities, OAuth, secrets management, RBAC/ABAC, and least-privilege architecture.
  • Experience with production telemetry and detection at an architectural level.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous, in-flight builds and iterating on first-draft standards.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills across engineering, product, legal, privacy, and senior leadership.
  • Ability to make strategic build-versus-buy decisions and guide organizational investment choices.
  • Familiarity with NIST AI RMF, OWASP LLM Top 10, and adjacent compliance environments for consumer data at scale.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Experience with frontier model API security, tool-use authorization patterns, or access governance for AI systems at scale.
  • Preferred: Hands-on experience with multi-agent orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with knowledge graph architectures, vector stores, or RAG systems and their access control challenges.
  • Preferred: Red teaming or adversarial testing against AI systems, including prompt injection, jailbreaks, data extraction, model inversion, or supply chain attacks.
  • Preferred: Background in consumer technology or another domain where personal data sensitivity is a core product obligation.
  • Preferred: Experience designing or reviewing security for internal enterprise AI platforms serving non-technical users.
