Description

  • Own strategy development, innovation, tactical execution, and performance for a portfolio of 3-5 paid media client accounts.
  • Plan, implement, and audit paid media campaigns aligned to client KPIs, marketing goals, and business objectives.
  • Execute campaigns across search and social platforms, including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and lead biweekly and ad hoc client calls.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while managing expectations and project timelines.
  • Identify opportunities for new campaigns, optimizations, and testing using performance data and evolving best practices.
  • Create, analyze, and present clear and actionable paid media performance reports to clients.
  • Collaborate with Creative leadership and design teams on ad creation, testing plans, briefs, and creative strategy.
  • Work closely with Senior Paid Media Managers and Associate Directors to support larger accounts as needed.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and incorporate coaching and feedback to improve client outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of paid media agency experience, with 3-5 years preferred.
  • Prior performance agency experience is required.
  • Hands-on experience managing both paid search and social campaigns.
  • Experience with Google and Meta; LinkedIn and TikTok experience is also relevant.
  • Comfort working directly with clients and serving as the face of the paid media engagement.
  • Ability to develop paid media strategies across multiple industries and connect media results to business impact and revenue.
  • Prior experience owning the full success of client accounts from strategy through reporting and communication.
  • Strong data analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Experience using GA4 and other tools to analyze complex data and produce client reports.
  • Strong project and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
