Description

  • Serve as the central point of contact for partnership communications with creators, athletes, experts, agencies, and brand partners.
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, distribute creative briefs, collect deliverables, and manage approval workflows.
  • Manage partnership contracts, signature collection, document organization, and record keeping.
  • Maintain partnership databases, trackers, CRM systems, and reporting dashboards with accurate information.
  • Track campaign performance, partnership activity, and operational KPIs for leadership reporting.
  • Organize partnership assets, communication history, documentation, and campaign records so information remains current and accessible.
  • Identify and implement improvements to systems, workflows, and operational processes as the partnerships program scales.

Requirements

  • Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong written communication skills and professional email etiquette.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and comfort working with large datasets.
  • Strong project management and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Self-starter who takes ownership, follows through, and delivers consistently without constant direction.
  • Comfortable learning new software, systems, and workflows in a fast-paced environment.
